Most of the people is told to do this and that, and end up they are not doing what they want, but simply entertain and fulfilling what others want. Because they are told be too young, too poor, too stupid, thinking too simple and etc. They belittle themselves and the worst crime that other create is they let them believe they are one.
You never realize that you are one of them until you start mumbling and complaining about it. Norm, it is a norm. You complain cause you are not doing what you want. So why not start to put your ideas into action, don't get too distract with others dream, but YOUR DREAM instead. Steady, your dream is just not far away.
Some of them don't appreciate what they have for now until they lost it. No worries, while they are ignoring you, some other are begging for your attention.
